Make the first conversation useful.

We review the product direction, intended market, quantity structure and the detail you have already prepared. A tech pack is helpful, but a reference and an explanation of what should change can also start the discussion.

Keep undecided points visible: target material, fit, branding and timing. The next step is to agree what can be sampled and what needs further information.

Give the sample a clear purpose.

The sample stage is where material, fit and construction become a reviewable garment. Sampling takes 7–10 working days from the agreed specification and starting point; revisions are planned separately.

Arrange an appropriate fit review, check the garment in motion and gather comments in one place. Measurements, photographs and a prioritised change list make the next decision more precise.

Carry the detail into production.

Approve the final sample and specification alongside quantities, colours, size breakdown, labels and packing. Bulk production is 30–45 working days from the agreed starting point.

The minimum is 100 pieces for each style in each colour. Transit is separate, so include your destination and target arrival date in the discussion.
